  1. The article rightly focuses on tracking trends, but I would add an important caveat: chasing every new “next big thing” can undermine your long-term strategy. Remember Clubhouse? Every brand rushed there in 2021, and six months later, the platform was practically deserted. Question for Nervix: How do you separate the “noise” (fleeting hypes) from the “signal” (real structural shifts in audience behavior)? Do you have a formal criterion or process to ensure you don’t force clients to invest in a trend that will die out in two quarters?

  2. It’s good that you mentioned multi-channel marketing—it’s truly a necessity, not an option, by 2026. But there’s a sore spot here that articles often gloss over: when there are 7–8 channels (search, social media, email, video, display, referrals, offline), conversion attribution becomes a nightmare. Click on a banner → then a Google search → then a click on an email link → then typing the URL directly into the browser. Which channel gets the credit? Question: Which attribution model do you use by default (last-click, position-based, data-driven)? And how do you explain to the client that it’s often impossible to definitively say “what exactly worked”—but that doesn’t mean the channels should be turned off?
