We are seeking a marketing specialist with over 5 years of experience, including more than 4 years in Web3 and digital marketing. Experience working with founders’ personal brands, non-cryptocurrency games, and IT companies is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing SMM strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creating content for publications, including text, graphic, and video formats.
- Interacting with subscribers, responding to comments and messages.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of SMM campaigns and preparing reports on the results.
- Monitoring trends on social media and adapting strategies to new trends.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in SMM.
- Excellent communication skills and creative thinking.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
- Ability to work with graphic editors (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
