  1. This is excellent content, and the point about the need to respond quickly to feedback is particularly valuable. But there’s a subtle nuance here that many articles overlook: not all negative feedback warrants a public response. Sometimes a customer has simply lost their temper and posted emotional nonsense, and the best strategy is to stay silent, because any response will only “stoke the flames” of the discussion. Sometimes it’s paid-for negativity from competitors. And sometimes it’s a well-known “troll” who thrives on provoking brands into scandals. How does Nervix distinguish between situations where an immediate response is needed and situations where the best course of action is to do nothing? Do you have an internal protocol for triaging incidents (for example, “red—respond within an hour,” “yellow—monitor for 24 hours,” “green—don’t respond at all”)?

The most effective strategy I’ve seen is a two-step response: a brief public comment (“Thank you for your feedback; we’re sorry this happened. Please message us or email us, and we’ll look into your situation individually”) followed by a full private resolution of the issue. Why does this work? The public sees that the brand is responsive and cares. And the customer receives personalized assistance without a public spectacle. Do you use this approach at Nervix?
